Service description
Backlinkcart, operated by Pramila Business Solutions, is an online marketplace providing SEO link-building services including (but not limited to) editorial guest posts, mixed backlink packages, tiered link pyramids, and local SEO citations. Orders are placed through backlinkcart.in and delivered as a white-label PDF and CSV report to the customer's registered email address.

No ranking guarantees
We do not guarantee specific Google ranking improvements. Search engine rankings depend on hundreds of factors, including on-page SEO, content quality, technical SEO, and competitive context. Backlinks are one important factor but not the only one.

Niches we will not serve
We do not accept orders for: adult content, gambling/casino (in some jurisdictions), pharmaceutical (unlicensed), pirated content, weapons, or anything illegal in India. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Customer responsibilities
You confirm that you own or are authorised to promote the URL(s) you provide. You agree that we may publish original editorial content referencing your URL and keywords on host blogs, directories, profile platforms, and other publication sites as appropriate for the package you ordered.

Payment & pricing
All prices are in INR and exclude 18% GST (added at checkout). Payments are processed via Cashfree Payment Gateway. By paying, you authorise the charge.

Delivery
Estimated delivery windows are shown on each package page. Actual delivery may vary based on niche complexity, editor response times for guest posts, and platform availability for profile or wiki placements. See our Refund Policy for details on delay credits.

Intellectual property
Content created for guest posts becomes the property of the publishing site. White-label reports issued to you may be re-used and shared with your clients.

Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

Operating entity
Backlinkcart is a brand of Pramila Business Solutions. All transactions, invoices, refunds and customer support are handled by Pramila Business Solutions.
