Refund & Replacement

No refunds once work has started
Because backlink campaigns involve manual outreach and irreversible third-party publishing, refunds are not available once your campaign has been queued with our build team. You can cancel within 12 hours of payment for a 100% refund (minus 2% payment-gateway fee).

12-month link replacement guarantee
If any backlink we deliver drops within 12 months of delivery, we will replace it free of charge with a link of equal or better domain authority. Email support@backlinkcart.in with your order ID and the broken link.

Delivery delays
We target the delivery windows stated on each package page (5–20 working days). If a campaign exceeds the stated window by more than 7 working days for any reason within our control, we will issue a 15% credit applicable to your next order.

Quality issues
If our delivered backlinks materially differ from the package description (wrong DA tier, non-permanent placement, non-do-follow), email us within 14 days of delivery. We will rebuild affected links at no additional cost.

Force majeure
Backlinkcart and its operating entity Pramila Business Solutions are not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside our control, including host-platform outages, payment-gateway downtime, or Google policy changes that affect link indexability.

How to request a refund or replacement
Email support@backlinkcart.in with your order ID. Refunds are processed by Pramila Business Solutions back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Cashfree.

Backlinkcart is a brand of Pramila Business Solutions. All refund and replacement claims are handled by Pramila Business Solutions under this policy.
