Service Delivery Policy

This policy describes how Backlinkcart delivers each order, what the deliverable looks like, the typical timeline per package, and what counts as completed delivery. It is binding for every order placed on backlinkcart.in.

Type of service

Backlinkcart provides a fully digital service: paid placement of SEO backlinks to URL(s) you specify, alongside a delivery report. We do not ship any physical goods. There is no postal delivery, courier shipment, or in-person handover.

Delivery method

All deliverables are sent to the email address you provided at checkout. The deliverable consists of: (a) a PDF report listing every live backlink URL, anchor text, host domain authority at delivery time, and a screenshot of the live placement, and (b) a CSV file containing the same data in tabular form suitable for import into Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or any internal dashboard.

Delivery timelines per package

Each package's delivery window is stated on its product page and again in the order confirmation email. Typical timelines: Starter Pack 5-7 working days; Growth and Pro Packs 7-10 working days; Guest Posts 10-15 working days; DA 70+ Guest Posts 15-20 working days; Link Pyramids 5-8 working days; Complete SEO Backlink Package 15-20 working days; Enterprise SEO Stack 20-25 working days; Monthly Subscriptions deliver one full cycle every 30 days.

What counts as completed delivery

An order is considered delivered when (a) the white-label PDF report has been emailed to the customer's registered email address AND (b) each link listed in the report is verified live, do-follow (if so specified for the package), and pointing to the correct target URL with the correct anchor text. If any single link in the report does not meet these criteria at delivery time, the order remains incomplete and our team rebuilds before re-issuing the report.

Order tracking

Every order receives a unique tracking ID in the format BLC-YYMMDD-XXXXX. You can check status, expected delivery window, and download the final report from https://backlinkcart.in/track at any time. You will also receive a payment-confirmation email, an in-progress notification, and a final delivery email containing the PDF and CSV.

Delivery delays

Estimated delivery windows are based on the typical time required for editorial outreach, content writing, manual placement, and quality verification. Actual delivery may occasionally vary due to editor response times for guest posts, holiday closures of host publications, or platform availability for profile and wiki placements. If your delivery exceeds the stated window by more than 7 working days for any reason within our control, we issue a 15 percent credit applicable to your next order. After-delivery support

Every delivered link is covered by our 12-month replacement guarantee. If any link in your report drops, is removed by the host, or stops being do-follow within twelve months of delivery, email support@backlinkcart.in with your order ID and the broken URL. We rebuild affected links free of charge, usually on a stronger host, within 5 working days.

Cancellation before delivery

Cancellation within 12 hours of payment confirmation receives a full refund (minus 2% Cashfree processing fee). After 12 hours, work has typically begun and orders become non-refundable, although the 12-month link replacement guarantee still applies and protects you from quality issues. Operating entity

Service delivery is the responsibility of Pramila Business Solutions, the operating entity behind Backlinkcart. All delivery-related correspondence and dispute resolution is handled by Pramila Business Solutions.
