What a 2-tier backlinks pyramid actually does
A single backlink passes link equity from the host site to yours. A pyramid takes one extra step: instead of just one link per source, you stack a layer of secondary backlinks pointing at each primary backlink. Now each primary link carries amplified PageRank. The result is fewer total inbound URLs but more 'juice' per URL.
Why 300 Tier-1 plus 1,200 Tier-2? Because the math works out so that each Tier-1 receives four Tier-2 amplifier links — enough to materially lift its passed-equity weight without being detectable as a manipulation pattern.
DA 50+ source verification — how we keep tiers clean
Every Tier-1 host is on a domain we have verified at DA 50 or higher against Moz at the time of build. Every Tier-2 host is DA 50 or higher as well, because amplifying a strong Tier-1 with a junk Tier-2 wastes the pyramid. We do not use scraped expired domain lists for either tier.
